ACADEMY AFFILIATE PROGRAM

      The De Lyon Academy Affiliate Program, is a platform designed to improve the player identification and development of elite youth level players by providing greater access to high level soccer opportunities.
      The most talented players within the Academy Affiliate Program participate in co-partnered elite player development and talent identification programs operated by De Lyon Academy.
      In addition, each Affiliate will be introduced to a coaching education schedule tailored to elite level player identification and development.

COACHING EDUCATION

● Collaboration on technical soccer matters and the exchange of best practice relating
to player identification, recruitment, scouting, coaching, development, and evaluation.
● Club consultation support with former National team players and First division
coaches from Argentina as a leadership coaching team.
● Virtual and in-person coaching education sessions are also offered.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

● Player exchange and dual carding opportunities for selected leagues, tournaments,
and events.
● Supplementary training opportunities at CDL Facility for Affiliate top talents.

TALENT IDENTIFICATION

● Partnered Talent Identification Centers hosted at Affiliate training location.
● Incorporation of Affiliate into CDL Player Transition Strategy.
● Access to scouting team and regular player recommendations.
