CHICAGO (March 15, 2024) – The National Independent Soccer Association announced today a shift and delay to the start of the 2024 season canceling the inter-conference kickoff matches in Georgia scheduled from March 23rd to March 31st.

NISA’s four new clubs, Arizona Monsoon FC, Capo FC, Georgia Lions SC, and Irvine Zeta FC, require additional time to prepare for the long season ahead. It is critical to ensure every club is in its strongest possible position before stepping onto the pitch. The season will now begin April 6, and the league will seek to make up matches during the West Coast inter-conference trip scheduled for August 3-10.
